  1. General bidding registration requirements:
    A. Driver’s License or Passport
    B. Copy of dealer license and resale tax certificate if registering as a dealer.
    C. Bank letter of Guarantee: Letter must match our sample letter
    D. Without a Bank Letter of Guarantee, you will be required to leave a $2,000 deposit. Deposit can be cash or a non-charged authorization to a VISA, Master Card, and American Express.  Cash deposits will be applied toward your purchase.  Deposit refunds are available after the sale with no purchase.
  2. All sales are considered “AS IS, WHERE IS”.  Upon a successful bid, your lot must be paid in full prior to taking possession of said lot.  Payment options are:
    A. Certified check, money order or bank wire.
    B. Personal or company check with Bank Letter of Guarantee (Bank Letter of Guarantee must match check used for payment)
    C. Cash
    D. Credit Card Payments will include a 3% surcharge
  3. Upon successful registration, bidder will receive (2) complimentary admission passes for the event.
